To use the Land Use Plan Revision Request Form, print the form and fill it out.  Fax your revision request to 262-534-4084; or mail to: Town of Rochester Land Use Plan Committee, P.O. Box 352, Rochester, WI  53167.

Copies of your request will be made available to the Land Use Plan Committee for consideration.
