February 3, 2003 Planning Commission 6:30 p.m. Meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. with Ken Dahlstrom, Jane Babik, Brian Wanasek, Bob Willard and Maureen Eckert present.
Kelly Brutlag, Secretary, was also present.
Jane moved, 2nd by Maureen to approve minutes of the January 6, 2003, meeting. Motion carried.
Land Division creating two parcels out of one:
29503 Evergreen Drive
Lou Robbins appeared on behalf of the owners. Ken Dahlstrom read over the Town Engineer’s email on the recommendations for approval of this land division. Bob was concerned with condition #3 and wanted to know if the building inspector was qualified to inspect the new lateral connection. Maureen told Bob that the building inspector does it all the time.
Brian moved, 2nd by Maureen to recommend approval of the land division contingent on the conditions specified by the town engineer as follows: 1. Any necessary permits are obtained from the Sewer District prior to the installation of the new lateral. 2. The Town of Rochester approves the road opening of Evergreen Drive with the appropriate bond in place to insure proper restoration. 3. The new lateral connection to the existing riser is inspected by either the Building Inspector or the Town Engineer prior to backfilling and restoration. Motion carried.
Jane moved, 2nd by Brian to adjourn at 6:35 p.m. Motion carried.
