The Town of Rochester is managed by an elected non-partisan Board of three members: one chairman and two supervisors. Most administrative functions are performed by the Clerk's Office located in the Municipal Building. This is where information on public services and public records can be found. Maps are available detailing:
The Town's ordinances; minutes of Board and Plan Commission meetings; and municipal service contracts are also available for inspection. For information on property assessment records, such as year-built, square footage, recent sales, etc. the Town Assessor is available by phone, or by appointment to meet at the municipal building. For information on building permit requirements or to arrange for inspection, the Building Inspector is available by phone, or by appointment to meet at the municipal building. |
