The Town of Rochester is managed by an elected non-partisan Board of three members:  one chairman and two supervisors.  In Wisconsin's Town form of government, officials are elected "at large".  Any qualified elector of the municipality is able to run for any seat.  Nomination papers must be filed by the first Tuesday in January of odd years.  All seats are up for re-election at the same time.  Terms are for two years.

Regular meetings of the Town Board are held the second Monday of any month.  Special meetings may be scheduled when needed.  All meetings are open to the public and held at the Rochester Municipal Building, 203 W. Main Street, Rochester, Wisconsin, unless otherwise stated.

Agendas are posted at least 24 hours in advance of any meeting at the following locations:

  • Rochester Municipal Building, 203 W. Main Street, Rochester
  • Rochester Public Library, 208 W. Spring Street, Rochester
  • Maas & Sons, 2807 Beck Drive, Rochester
